Season of Scars, book 6 in the Sons of Iberia series will be available for pre-order this summer with a publication date scheduled for September 2026!

Set in the period after the Carthaginian defeat at the Battle of Dertosa, Season of Scars sees a Caros make some bold moves. History tells us there were no significant battles fought in Iberia for 2 years after the Battle of Dertosa. Season of Scars highlights what was happening up and down the east of Iberia as Carthage and Rome vied for a strategic advantage by woeing powerful tribes such as the Illergetes and Lusones Celtiberians. Natutrally, Caros is in the thick of it.

A few characters, straight from the annals of history, are also introduced and I am excited about their impact on this title as well as future titles.
